AI,  is shortened name for Artificial Intelligence. AI is the rage these days, everyone is talking about it. It believed, that anyone who does not understand how they work and what exactly it is, will be left behind in the emerging world driven by AI. So, what exactely is AI?

To simplify it, think of AI as that super smart friend you have, who seems to know just about “everything” you ask them. This friend of yours learned all these things from reading and studying a lot of books and other things. So each time you ask him or her any question, he or her simply rephrases those things they learned from reading and studying, and presents you with an answer that makes sense.

The only thing that is different in this description is that, this your “friend” happens to be a computer that has been trained on vast amounts of information, pictures, videos, books and what have you. To accomplish this, AI is trained using what is called LLM, short for Large Language Model. LLM is a subset of AI tool that can understand and generate human language after it has been trained to do so via reading, and so on. After training, it then uses what is called Neural  network to think and make decisions that can then make decisions and answer questions.

Think of Neural Network, as the Brain of AI that remembers and answers those questions you asked it. So when you ask a question, or ask AI to do anything, the LLM then uses its neural network to search through those things it has learned from training and then give you the answer.
